Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging where possible

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Footwear that has been worn or shows signs of wear. All other items from our collections including Macaroni Sweatshirts, Coats & Jackets, and Dresses are eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return to our Glasgow address using a tracked service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We offer two return shipping options:

  • Standard Return: Use any tracked courier service (DHL, FedEx recommended)
  • Sustainable Return: Use standard postal service (slower but lower carbon footprint)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred alternative
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original (standard shipping rates apply)
