We carefully handpick and package your sustainable fashion items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions due to logistical constraints. You’ll be notified during checkout if your location isn’t serviceable.

Our Ethical Returns Policy

We want you to love your sustainable fashion as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our conscious returns process makes exchanges and refunds simple while minimizing environmental impact.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging where possible

Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Footwear that has been worn or shows signs of wear. All other items including our popular Macaroni Sweatshirts, Coats & Jackets, and Dresses are eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and return details (use our template below)
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number
  3. Package securely using original packaging if possible, including a copy of your order confirmation
  4. Ship your return to our Glasgow address using a tracked service (keep your shipping receipt)

Return Shipping Options

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty:

  • Standard Return: Use any tracked courier (DHL/FedEx recommended)
  • Sustainable Return: Use standard postal service for lower carbon footprint (slower delivery)

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Credit issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify your preferred alternative
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original (standard shipping rates apply)
